Wildewood Springs is an 88 acre, well maintained community in the heart of West Bradenton. This furnished second floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo is beautifully appointed and a great place to call home. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower & plenty of closet space & storage. The guest bedroom offers a queen size bed along with an ensuite bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub. The living/dining/kitchen is open concept with stainless appliances & granite counters. This property is available for annual rental at $2,100 each month. Seasonal rental, with a minimum of 3 months between December 1 & April 30 is $3,100 each month.
